  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized sarees.
    • Gift cards.
    • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
