Privacy Policy

Information - As part of the buying and selling process when you purchase something from our shop, we gather the personal data you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address. We also immediately receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address when you browse our store, which gives us knowledge about your operating system and browser. If appropriate, we may market to you via email by sending you emails with information about our shop, new items, and other updates.

Consent - We assume that you understand and agree that we may collect and use your personal information to complete that specific transaction, verify your credit card, process an order, make delivery arrangements, or handle returns. If we need your personal information for a secondary purpose—such as marketing—we will either formally request your express approval or give you the choice to decline.

Withdraw Consent - You can withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continuing collecting, use, or sharing of your information, at any time by writing us at info@rasofab.com if you have changed your mind.

Disclosure - If you breach our Terms of Service or if we are obliged by law to do so, we may share your personal information.

Payment - For payment processing, we employ Razorpay. Your credit card information is not kept on Razorpay's servers by us. When processing payments, the data is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Only the time required to perform your buy transaction is spent using your purchase transaction data. Your purchase transaction information is not saved once it is finished. Our payment gateway complies with the requirements of PCI-DSS, which are overseen by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaboration of companies including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The PCI-DSS regulations ensure that our shop and its service partners handle credit card information securely.

Third Party Services - In general, the third-party providers we work with will only gather, use, and disclose your information as much as is required for them to carry out the tasks we've hired them to do.

However, some third-party service providers, such payment gateways and other financial transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with regard to the data we must send to them for your transaction-related transactions.

To further understand how these providers will treat your personal information, we advise you to read their privacy policies for each of these services.

SECURITY - We follow industry best practises and take reasonable efforts to prevent your personal information from being improperly lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
